Bu metin, There's No Turning Back (TNTB) oyununun mevcut beta sürümünde kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar. Veri sorumlusu, oyunun işletmecisi Rıdvan Akalın, Türkiye'dir.

1. Hangi verileri, nasıl elde ediyoruz?

Verileri uygulamayı kullanmanızdan, sunucu bağlantılarından, seçtiğiniz giriş sağlayıcısından, Apple TestFlight'tan ve bize gönderdiğiniz destek mesajlarından elde ederiz.

Hesap ve giriş bilgileri: hesap ve profil tanımlayıcıları, cihaz veya kurulumla hesap bağlantısı, kodadı, dil tercihi ve oturum güvenlik kayıtları. E-posta yöntemini seçerseniz e-posta adresiniz, parola doğrulama özeti, doğrulama ve şifre yenileme işlemlerinin zamanı, durumu ve gönderim bilgileri işlenir. Parolanızın kendisi yerine, parola doğrulamak için üretilen güvenli özet saklanır.
Apple veya Google ile giriş: bu yöntemi seçerseniz sağlayıcının hesap tanımlayıcısı, doğrulama bilgileri ve bu giriş için ilettiği e-posta veya temel profil bilgileri işlenebilir. Apple ya da Google hesabınızın parolasını TNTB'ye vermezsiniz.
Oyun kayıtları: eğitim ve görev ilerlemesi, görev sonuçları ve zamanları, puan, rütbe, oyun içi para, madalyalar, sicil ve bunların tutarlılığını koruyan işlem kayıtları.
Teknik ve güvenlik bilgileri: bağlantı IP adresi, istek ve hata bilgileri, uygulama veya protokol sürümü ve güvenlikle ilgili işlem sonuçları. IP adresi, bağlantının kurulması ve aşırı isteklerin sınırlandırılması için de işlenir.
Destek mesajları: bize gönderdiğiniz e-posta, açıklamalar ve kendi tercihinizle paylaştığınız ekler.
TestFlight bilgileri: Apple'ın geliştiriciyle paylaştığı yükleme, kullanım, çökme ve geri bildirim bilgileri; cihaz modeli veya tanımlayıcıları, işletim sistemi ve uygulama sürümü gibi teknik bilgiler. E-posta davetiyle katılırsanız adınız ve e-posta adresiniz geliştiriciye görünür. Yalnız herkese açık bağlantıyla katıldığınızda bu iki bilgi gösterilmez; kendiniz gönderdiğiniz geri bildirim ve ekler yine kimliğinizi belirten bilgiler içerebilir.

Oyun ve oturum bilgilerinin bir bölümü cihazınızda, hesap ve sunucu tarafından tutulan ilerleme kayıtları sunucuda saklanır. Mevcut beta sürümünde oyun içine eklenmiş üçüncü taraf reklam veya ürün analitiği hizmeti ve uygulama içi satın alma bulunmaz. Oyun ilerlemesi, güvenlik kayıtları ve Apple'ın TestFlight verileri yukarıda açıklanan amaçlarla işlenir.

2. Amaçlar ve hukuki dayanaklar

6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında:

Hesap açma, giriş, hesap kurtarma ve oyun hizmeti: bu işlemler ve ilerlemenizin kaydedilmesi için gerekli veriler, istediğiniz hizmetin kurulması ve sunulması amacıyla KVKK madde 5/2(c) kapsamında işlenir. Hizmetle ilgili destek talepleri de bu amaçla değerlendirilir.
Güvenlik ve hata incelemesi: yetkisiz erişimi, kötüye kullanımı ve aynı işlemin tekrar uygulanmasını önlemek, teknik hataları araştırmak için gerekli ve ölçülü işlemler; temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek koşuluyla, hizmeti güvenli çalıştırmaya yönelik meşru menfaatimize dayanır — KVKK madde 5/2(f).
Kanuni yükümlülükler ve hak talepleri: kişisel veri başvurularını değerlendirmek ve kanuni yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerekli işlemler KVKK madde 5/2(ç); somut bir hukuki uyuşmazlıkta hakkın ileri sürülmesi veya korunması için zorunlu işlemler madde 5/2(e) kapsamında yürütülür.

Bu metin bilgilendirme içindir; tek başına açık rıza beyanı değildir. Ayrıca izin gerektiren bir veri işlemi, yalnız bu metni okuduğunuz veya oyunu kullandığınız için onaylanmış sayılmaz.

3. Veriler kimlerle paylaşılır?

Oyunu çalıştırmak ve seçtiğiniz hesap işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek için aşağıdaki hizmetlerden yararlanırız:

Contabo: oyun sunucusu ve veritabanının barındırılması; sunucudaki hesap, ilerleme ve teknik kayıtların saklanması.
Cloudflare R2: şifrelenmiş veritabanı yedeklerinin saklanması.
Resend: doğrulama ve şifre yenileme e-postalarının gönderilmesi. Alıcı adresi, kodu da içeren mesaj içeriği ve sınırlı hesap/işlem tanımlayıcıları iletilir.
Apple ve Google: seçtiğiniz giriş yönteminin kimlik doğrulaması. Apple ayrıca TestFlight dağıtımını, teknik test bilgilerini ve beta geri bildirimlerini yönetir.
Google/Gmail: destek adresimize gönderdiğiniz e-postaların ve eklerin alınması, saklanması ve yanıtlanması.
Healthchecks: sunucu ve yedek işlemlerinin çalışıp çalışmadığının izlenmesi. Hizmet durum sinyalleri ve bağlantı metaverisi işlenir; bu amaçla oyuncu profili, oyun ilerlemesi veya doğrulama kodu gönderilmez.

Kanunen gerekli olduğunda, talebin kapsamıyla sınırlı bilgiler yetkili kamu kurumlarıyla veya yargı mercileriyle paylaşılabilir. Destek yazışmalarınıza gereksiz kişisel bilgi eklemeyin.

Apple'ın beta test sürecindeki işlemleri ayrıca TestFlight ve Gizlilik açıklamasında yer alır.

4. Türkiye dışındaki işlemler

Yukarıdaki hizmetlerin kullanımı nedeniyle hesap, doğrulama, yedekleme, destek veya beta test verileriniz hizmetin işleyişine göre Türkiye dışında işlenebilir veya saklanabilir. Resend, veri işleme koşullarında temel işleme yerini Amerika Birleşik Devletleri olarak belirtir.

Bu açıklama yurt dışına aktarım için açık rıza değildir ve tek başına hukuki aktarım dayanağı oluşturmaz. Yurt dışı aktarımı, KVKK madde 9'un uygulanabilir koşullarına tabidir.

5. Saklama ve silme

Saklama ihtiyacı veri türüne ve işleme amacına göre değerlendirilir:

Hesap ve oyun kayıtlarında hesabın ve oyun hizmetinin devamı, ilerlemenizin korunması, işlemlerin tutarlılığı ve hesap güvenliği dikkate alınır.
Doğrulama ve kurtarma işlemlerinde işlemin tamamlanması, yeniden gönderim ve kötüye kullanımın incelenmesi ihtiyacı dikkate alınır. Kodlar 10 dakika geçerlidir. Tamamlanan veya süresi dolan aktif doğrulama bilgileri ilgili işlem veya temizlik sırasında kaldırılır; sınırlı işlem ve hız sınırlama kayıtları kalabilir. Kodun geçerlilik süresi, bütün ilgili kayıtların saklama süresi değildir.
Teknik kayıtlarda hata veya güvenlik olayının araştırılması ihtiyacı dikkate alınır. Mevcut sunucu günlükleri dosya boyutu ve dosya sayısı sınırlarıyla dönüşümlü tutulur; bu yöntem sabit bir gün sayısında silme garantisi değildir.
Destek yazışmalarında talebin sonuçlandırılması ve varsa uyuşmazlığın takibi dikkate alınır.
Şifreli yedekler hizmeti geri yüklemek için ayrı döngüde saklanır. Etkin sistemdeki bir kaydın kaldırılması, yedek kopyasının aynı anda kaldırıldığı anlamına gelmez. Silme talebinde yedeklerin ele alınması da değerlendirilir.

Ayrı bir kanuni saklama yükümlülüğü veya somut hukuki talep varsa, ilgili veri ve süre buna göre değerlendirilir. İşleme nedenleri ortadan kalktığında KVKK, kişisel verilerin silinmesini, yok edilmesini veya anonim hale getirilmesini gerektirir.

Mevcut beta sürümünde tüm hesap, oyun ve güvenlik kayıtlarına uygulanan sabit bir otomatik silme süresi bulunmamaktadır. Uygulama içinden hesap silme işlevi henüz etkin değildir. Kişisel veri ve hesap silme taleplerinizi aşağıdaki adrese iletebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırmak, oturumu kapatmak veya cihazdaki oturumu sıfırlamak sunucudaki hesabı silmez.

6. Güvenlik

İstemci ile oyun sunucusu arasındaki bağlantılarda şifreli iletişim kullanılır. Parolalar doğrulama özeti olarak tutulur; düzenli veritabanı yedekleri dış depolamaya gönderilmeden önce şifrelenir. Yetkisiz işlemleri sınırlamak için oturum kontrolleri ve istek sınırları uygulanır. Hiçbir sistem için mutlak güvenlik garantisi verilemez.

7. Haklarınız ve başvuru

KVKK madde 11 kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini ve işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgiyi, işlenme amacını, amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını ve yurt içi veya yurt dışındaki alıcılarını öğrenebilirsiniz. Eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini, kanuni koşullar oluştuğunda silinmesini veya yok edilmesini ve bu işlemlerin alıcılara bildirilmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Yalnız otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhinize doğan sonuca itiraz etme ve hukuka aykırı işlemenin yol açtığı zararın giderilmesini isteme haklarınız da vardır.

Taleplerinizi theresnoturningbackapp@gmail.com adresine iletebilirsiniz. Talebinizi ve ilgili hesabı belirtin; mümkünse hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinden yazın. Parolanızı veya doğrulama kodunuzu göndermeyin. Hesap sahipliğinin ve başvuru usulünün doğrulanması için gerekli ek bilgiler istenebilir.

KVKK kapsamındaki başvurular, kanuni usule uygun olarak en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Sonuç ve varsa ret gerekçesi yazılı veya elektronik olarak bildirilir. Bir çocuk adına veri talebinde bulunuyorsanız, çocukla ilişkinizi de belirtin; temsil yetkisinin doğrulanması gerekebilir.

8. Güncellemeler

Veri uygulamaları değiştiğinde bu metin ve sürüm tarihi güncellenir. Önemli değişiklikler uygun bir uygulama içi veya iletişim kanalıyla duyurulur. Yeni bir izin veya hukuki koşul gerektiren işlem, yalnız metnin değiştirilmesiyle geçerli hale gelmez.

English — Privacy policy and personal data notice

This notice explains how personal data is processed in the current beta version of There's No Turning Back (TNTB). The data controller and game operator is Rıdvan Akalın, Türkiye.

1. What data do we obtain, and how?

We obtain data through your use of the app, server connections, your chosen sign-in provider, Apple TestFlight and support messages you send us.

Account and sign-in information: account and profile identifiers, association of an account with a device or installation, codename, language preference and session security records. If you choose email sign-in, we process your email address, password verification hash, and the times, status and delivery information of verification and password reset operations. A secure verification hash is stored instead of the password itself.
Apple or Google sign-in: if you choose this method, we may process the provider's account identifier, authentication information and email or basic profile information supplied for that sign-in. You do not give TNTB your Apple or Google password.
Game records: training and mission progress, results and times, points, rank, in-game currency, medals, service records and transaction records that maintain their consistency.
Technical and security information: connection IP address, request and error information, app or protocol version and security operation results. IP addresses are also processed to establish connections and limit excessive requests.
Support messages: emails, descriptions and attachments you choose to send.
TestFlight information: installation, usage, crash and feedback information Apple shares with the developer, and technical details such as device model or identifiers, operating system and app version. Your name and email address are visible to the developer if you join through an email invitation. Those two details are not shown when you join solely through a public link; feedback and attachments you choose to send may still contain identifying information.

Some game and session information is stored on your device; account and server-maintained progress records are stored on the server. The current beta has no third-party advertising or product analytics service integrated into the game, and no in-app purchases. Game progress, security records and Apple's TestFlight data are processed for the purposes described above.

2. Purposes and legal grounds

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK):

Account creation, sign-in, recovery and the game service: data necessary for these operations and saving progress is processed to establish and provide the service you request, under Article 5/2(c). Service-related support requests are also handled for this purpose.
Security and error investigation: necessary and proportionate processing to prevent unauthorized access, abuse and duplicate application of operations, and to investigate technical errors, is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed — Article 5/2(f).
Legal obligations and rights: processing necessary to handle personal data requests and meet legal obligations is based on Article 5/2(ç). Processing strictly necessary to establish or protect a right in a specific legal dispute is based on Article 5/2(e).

This is an information notice, not a declaration of consent. Reading it or using the game does not by itself authorize processing that requires separate permission.

3. Who receives data?

We use the following services to operate the game and carry out your chosen account operations:

Contabo: hosting the game server and database, including server-side account, progress and technical records.
Cloudflare R2: storing encrypted database backups.
Resend: sending verification and password reset emails. We transmit the recipient address, message content including the code, and limited account/operation identifiers.
Apple and Google: authentication for your chosen sign-in method. Apple also manages TestFlight distribution, technical test information and beta feedback.
Google/Gmail: receiving, storing and replying to emails and attachments sent to our support address.
Healthchecks: monitoring whether server and backup operations are running. Service status signals and connection metadata are processed; player profiles, game progress and verification codes are not sent for this purpose.

Where legally required, information limited to the scope of a request may be shared with competent public authorities or courts. Please avoid including unnecessary personal information in support messages.

Apple describes its beta testing data practices in TestFlight & Privacy.

4. Processing outside Türkiye

Using these services may result in account, verification, backup, support or beta test data being processed or stored outside Türkiye, depending on how the service operates. Resend identifies the United States as its primary processing location in its data processing terms.

This explanation is not consent to an international transfer and does not itself provide a legal transfer mechanism. International transfers are subject to the applicable requirements of KVKK Article 9.

5. Retention and deletion

Retention needs are assessed by data type and processing purpose:

Account and game records: relevant considerations include the continued account and game service, preservation of progress, consistency of operations and account security.
Verification and recovery operations: relevant considerations include completing the operation, resending messages and investigating abuse. Codes are valid for 10 minutes. Completed or expired active verification information is removed during the relevant operation or cleanup; limited operation and rate-limit records may remain. A code's validity period is not the retention period for all associated records.
Technical records: relevant considerations include investigating errors or security incidents. Current server logs rotate according to file size and file count limits; this does not guarantee deletion after a fixed number of days.
Support correspondence: relevant considerations include resolving the request and following up any dispute.
Encrypted backups are retained on a separate cycle for service recovery. Removing a record from active systems does not mean its backup copy is removed at the same moment. Handling backup copies is also considered when addressing a deletion request.

Where a separate legal retention obligation or specific legal claim applies, the relevant data and period are assessed accordingly. KVKK requires personal data to be deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the grounds for processing no longer apply.

The current beta does not apply a single fixed automatic deletion period to all account, game and security records. In-app account deletion is not yet enabled. You can send personal data and account deletion requests to the address below. Uninstalling the app, signing out or resetting the session on your device does not delete your server account.

6. Security

Connections between the client and game server use encrypted communication. Passwords are stored as verification hashes; regular database backups are encrypted before being sent to external storage. Session checks and request limits help restrict unauthorized operations. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

7. Your rights and requests

Under KVKK Article 11, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, obtain information about processing, learn its purposes, whether it is used in accordance with those purposes, and its recipients within or outside Türkiye. You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met, and notification of those actions to recipients. You may also object to an adverse result arising solely from automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send requests to theresnoturningbackapp@gmail.com. Describe your request and identify the account concerned; where possible, write from the email address registered to your account. Do not send your password or verification code. Additional information may be requested to verify account ownership and compliance with the request procedure.

Requests under KVKK are concluded in accordance with the statutory procedure as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. The outcome and any reason for refusal are provided in writing or electronically. If you make a data request on behalf of a child, state your relationship to the child; authority to act on their behalf may need to be verified.

8. Changes

This notice and its version date will be updated when data practices change. Significant changes will be announced through an appropriate in-app or communication channel. Updating the notice alone does not satisfy a new permission or legal requirement.
